We believe it is vitally important that ALL dogs learn basic obedience, and ALL responsible dog owners know how to teach their dogs these basic lessons. Good relationships are based on trust, understanding and respect and this can all be achieved through basic training with your dog. The lessons you will learn will stand you both in good stead for the rest of your lives together. It will enhance the bond you share and enrich both your lives.
However it is important to understand that dog training takes time, perseverance and alot of patience. It will not be easy at times and dogs, just like humans have their off days. Although we will teach you week after week, it is VERY important that you put these lessons into practice at home. We can`t do the hard work for you! So make a pact that whatever age your dog is, today is the first day of your new life together. Today you and your dog begin to work towards a happy, healthy, respectful and fulfilling relationship.
You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! This goes for the owners too! No matter what age you or your dog maybe you can still gain a great deal from training. Remember your only as old as you feel and most dogs never get old!!
